| The Director of Chorus Director Development looks after the training and educational opportunities for directors. |

| The Director of Contest and Judging oversees the operation of all district contests and acts as a liaison between the EVG district and the SCJC (Society Committee for Contest and Judging). |

The District Director of Events is responsible for the details associated in and around the selection, contract negotiations, and overall management of all District sponsored events to include Conventions, Meetings, Leadership Training School, Harmony College Northwest, and Shows. Within each Division a Division Events Manager oversees the details associated with Division Conventions selection and management. |

Writes checks (pay bills), watches over budget while doing so, communicates with CFO/finance team to keep them aware of our current financial situation.

Director of Financial Development seeks to develop a culture of
philanthropy in the District by encouraging systematic giving from
individuals and chapters through our own Bud Leabo Memorial Fund and
the Barbershop Harmony Society's Harmony Foundation (designating 30%
returned to the District); and increasing local chapter and District
grant writing efforts for local and regional projects.

The Director of Communications is responsible for managing the tools and methods by which the District Leadership, and Membership communicate. This includes all web and print media, Marketing & PR. |

| As Director of Music Education I am responsible for District Music
Schools, plus Chapter and Quartet coaching and evaluation opportunities
(not including contest). These events include Harmony College Northwest,
Standing Ovation Program, and various remote mini-schools we hope to run
in 2008 and forward. |
